Ridge Capping Redone Fixed the Roof Leak

Since we are coming into the Rain season soon, this client asked to look at a ceiling that was water stained, to find a couple of broken roof tiles and the ridgecap just sitting on the roof and not cemented on.
We took the loose ridge caps off and replaced the broken roof tiles, then re-set the ridge caps with a flexible acrylic ridgecap cement.
Come out great.

Refurbed Micro Laundry Fitout

We turned a Compact Laundry Recess into a functional modern easy to use Area with Storage.
We ripped out the old cupboard that was water damaged, removed the old Combo Laundry taps and the old tiles.

Made a Custom Vanity to suit the area, to take Washer and Dryer.
Reused the Small Sink (which we buffed and cleaned up like new.
Fitted a Full length Benchtop, New Combo Laundry Taps, Tiled it from Floor to Ceiling a and Installed a Storage shelf above.
The owner was more than pleased, and for less than $1400 for everything.

Well after a very Busy Time with working on other jobs, we finally got back to hang more wallpaper for the Client in another room (as the The owner had to sought out some More Wallpaper from Europe).

We just finished a Luxury home in the Swan Valley with Very Bold and Distictive Wallpaper in the newly extended Theatre Room.
The owner sought out some Very Nice Flock Lined Wallpaper from Europe.
With Striking Red Flock and Gold brown wallpaper this wall has given this home a Very Warm Character.
The owner is so happy, that we are going back to hang more in another room.

Tiling of New Home with 450 x 450 Spanish Ceramics

The Owners of this Large 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Family, Theater and Lounge area, wanted The Entire House Tiled, every room.
They Chose a Lush, Strong Toned 450 x 450 Spanish Ceramic Tile that looked like Old Marble.
Once the tiles were layed down the Long Hallway, the owners Knew they Chose the right tile to Contrast the Soft Neutral Tones of the wall paint.
Finished with a Mocha grout to enhance the markings in the tile and bringing a warmth to the house with these colours.
They were more than happy with the Job and the chosen colours and tile Size.

House Paint Out in Banksia Grove

We got to paint out a Large 4 Bedroom home with a Striking Red Feature Wall in the Meals / Living area.
The rest of the house was painted in a Neutral Soft Pink/Cream Tone.
With one coat of Sealer and 2 coats of Taubmans Wash and Wear Low Sheen Acrylic, the house was ready for the New owners to Decorate with Their Furniture and Fittings.
